I hope you’re having a fabulous day today. It is so difficult to fight for coverages when your company is so large and they have a self-funded, self-insured or risk plan. Many employers do not want to pay large claims for recent hired employees unless they are so well liked that the employer is willing to spend money to help their new employee. I have seen cases like this going going on in both directions, but very often the employee is scared to lose their job and they don’t wanna report anything in situations like this. I have very often stepped in and been able to get major reductions on the medical bills. I recently had a case where I was able to save my client over $25,000.
