You know I recently spoke to a friend who works for a major corporation on her policy. Every emergency room visit is considered to be out of network. Instead of going to an emergency room, the insured’s must go to an urgent care facility. She went to the local urgent care facility and then was sent to the emergency room. Her policy, as I said, does not cover for emergency rooms, but when I was able to prove that this was an emergency and the urgent care could not take care of her, I reverse the case and she paid zero out of $32,000. Please call me. I’m here to help you. Thank you.
