In my new book that just came out, apparently different is a chapter titled Disability Does Not Define a Person. A gentleman calls me one day involving his client, Mr. Santini. Here was a situation where after serving in the military falling a hundred feet and waking up after the injury, he severely damaged his spinal cord.

The sad thing is that after 18 years, he finally was able to have back surgery through Operation Backbone. He has been blessed with a new life and after the surgery, I, I’ll tell you in my book, apparently different. He says, we, the disabled are normal people with special problems. The disability does not make the person and it does not define them. Please purchase my book. Apparently different. You’ll gain so much about understanding people with disabilities.
