You have pre-authorization for a surgery. It just so happens that the doctor has an emergency and is not able to perform the surgery as scheduled. You go back to the hospital 10 days later, and the surgery is performed. However, because the surgery was not performed on the original scheduled date, the insurance company is refusing to pay the bill. Thankfully, I was able to overturn this case by explaining what happened, and I saved the client over $31,000. If you need help, please call me. Thank you.
