I recently had a bill that included multiple procedures on the same day of service with the same provider. When I reviewed the bill from the billing company, they would not look into that making changes on the medical bill.
They, they keep on thinking to themselves, they wanna get their money, and they’re usually paid on a percentage basis. So I had no choice but go directly to reach out to the medical provider. The medical provider was so embarrassed they decided to write off the entire $10,000 bill due to major errors. On behalf of the outside billing company.
