So, a recent case involved a bill for $26,000. The issue was a problem with the medical billing company for the medical provider. Believe it or not, they had incorrect information about who the insurance carrier was for the patient. So the client never informed the medical provider of this new coverage, and finally I have to say after multiple calls, and going through the emails, I finally got the claim paid.
